Why?
What is Mind Warriors and why we are running the program?
Around 80% of self defence is down to mental attitude, and therefore, down to mental techniques. We are not only here to teach vulnerable people how to defend themselves in situations which could be dangerous, but to teach them how to avoid such situations, when possible. Learning these physical and mental techniques has a huge impact on a person’s confidence, resilience, self belief and mental strength, empowering them to move forward and achieve goals they may have been to scared to even contemplate. There is no course available, that we know of, that is free, ongoing, and offers life long support. Most courses are expensive and although there are lots of videos available on social media, they are not complete courses with structure and support. We offer all of these, always, and for free. We want you to be stronger in body and mind and we are here to support you all the way.

Mind Warriors is available everywhere. What suits you? You can watch our YouTube videos, learn from our online course here on the website, participate in online group sessions, have one to one sessions or meet up for face to face sessions in your local area.
You can participate in any combination and there is no time limits or restrictions.
Who?
This is a description of who it is for
Mind Warriors is designed for any individual that is vulnerable in some way. This could be women, young people, vulnerable men, LGBTQ+, disabled people and people suffering from mental health issues.
With permission, this page could have pictures of members to show viewers the wide range of people who participate.
How?
